Congratulations to Greater Cleveland Volunteers

Volunteers Mary Lou and Vernon Kramer were recently honored two days in a row – first as Honorable Mention awardees at the annual Medical Mutual Outstanding Senior Volunteer Luncheon...

And then as Most Treasured Volunteers by the Center for Community Solutions at its Annual Human Services Institute.

The Kramers have volunteered for years together and have served at many civic and community events.

iPad Raffle Winner!

Congratulations to Sharyse Jones of Cleveland, who was the winner of our iPad 2 raffle!  
 
Thank you also to everyone who bought tickets. Through the raffle, we raised more than $3,000 to support our programs.
 
A special thanks to Rosie Rehner, co-chair of our Viva Volunteers benefit, who put many hours of work into making this project a success.

Third Federal Foundation Provides Generous Grant to Experience Corps

We are thrilled to announce that Third Federal Foundation has made a grant of $40,000 to support our Experience Corps program. This grant will fund the program’s work in Slavic Village, where Third Federal is based. Recently, Third Federal’s Kurt Karakul joined us for a visit to Union School, a few blocks away from the bank’s headquarters on Broadway Avenue.
