Books for Kids Program
As part of our Experience Corps program we also manage the Books for Kids program in which we collect new and gently used children's books and give them away to students in the Cleveland Schools. Each year over 5000 books are provided to children.

Experience Corps Program
Greater Cleveland Volunteers is the local host for the Cleveland chapter of the national Experience Corps program which engages adults age 55 and older in service to inner city schools.
The Cleveland Experience Corps program started in 1997 and engages 200+ older adults as tutors and mentors to students in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Each year our Experience Corps volunteers work one-on-one with 1000 students in kindergarten through 6th grade.
